Grandma Keith’s Poppy Seed Chicken



6-8 chicken breasts

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1-8 oz carton sour cream

1 stack Ritz crackers

2 tsp poppy seeds

¼ cup oleo or butter

Method:  Precook the chicken breasts. Place in buttered 9X13” dish. Mix soup and sour cream together.  Pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and mix well with poppy seeds.  Sprinkle over chicken and soup mixture.  Dribble butter over top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Good served with rice.

Yields:  6-8 servings.
